Christopher L. Palkovacs, Associate Attorney

Christopher Palkovacs represents clients charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes as well as DWI and Implied Consent violations. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Palkovacs distinguished himself as a Judicial Clerk for District Court judges in the State of Minnesota; both in Minneapolis, MN and in the Greater Minnesota area. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School.

While at the University of Minnesota, Mr. Palkovacs was Student Director at the Law School’s Civil Practice Clinic, providing full service legal representation to individuals in a variety of civil fields, including small business litigation, employment, landlord-tenant, consumer protection and family law cases. After Law School, Mr. Palkovacs clerked for District Court judges at the State of Minnesota. As a clerk, he assisted Minnesota judges in complex criminal and civil litigation.

Mr. Palkovacs has worked on major felony cases: cases involving allegations of organized and white-collar crime, violent and sexual offenses, drugs, and property crime. Chris also has extensive experience in DWI and Implied Consent law and procedure.

Originally from Ohio, Mr. Palkovacs graduated summa cum laude from Miami University, with degrees in International Relations and French. Prior to attending Law School, Mr. Palkovacs was a language teacher and professional musician.
