Kassius Benson is a 1996 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since his graduation from law school, Mr. Benson has practiced almost exclusively in the criminal defense arena. Mr. Benson began his career as a trial lawyer in Washington, D.C. where he received excellent training and experience dealing with every major felony offense. He subsequently returned to Minnesota and has continued his practice as a criminal defense lawyer. Mr. Benson has extensive and successful jury trial experience. He has successfully defended virtually every level and type of criminal charge. Mr. Benson also trains lawyers and served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
