Not Guilty Verdict for Kassius O. Benson

February 4, 2014:  FIRM ANNOUNCEMENT – Senior Counsel Kassius Benson achieved a Not Guilty jury verdict in Hennepin County, Minnesota for his client charged with Domestic Assault.  The jury was out half an hour before returning the favorable verdict. Congratulations to Kassius Benson and his client Matthew.


On December 3, Attorney Kassius Benson convinced the prosecution to dismiss a felony methamphetamine charge in Pine County.  Next task is to get client’s vehicle back in upcoming forfeiture trial based on same facts.  Congratulation and good luck to Mr. Benson and his client.
