KASSIUS BENSON  OBTAINS DISMISSAL OF CLIENT’S DRUG CHARGES On Monday, September 8, 2014, Kassius Benson successfully obtained a dismissal for a client charged with 2nd Degree Sale of a Controlled Substance in St. Louis County, Minnesota.  The trial was sett to begin the following day.
